Hampton Holiday Hoops All Tournament Teams

Congratulations to Adam Bittner and Ali Collins for making the All Tournament teams at the tournament. The girls defeated North Hills in the consolation game and the boys lost to Latrobe in the championship game.

Hampton Varsity Wrestling Takes 1st Place at West Mifflin Tournament

Congratulations to the  varsity wrestling team who took 1st place out of 33 schools in the West Mifflin Tournament on December 27 and 28 at West Mifflin High School. The team had 10 our of 14th place. Competitive Cheerleaders Take 1st at Elite Battle in the Burgh

Congratulations to our competitive cheerleaders who took home 1st place in the medium varsity division and 1st place overall at the Elite Battle in the Burgh on Sunday. They also won an award for best tumbling out of all the school teams.  

Hampton Student/Athletes at Elementary Schools

Hampton student/athletes Laryn Edwards, Jesse Berzonski, Alisha Januck and Elyssa Evans enjoyed the day while reading to students at Poff Elementary. Mrs. Adams and Mrs Rein second grade students had the chance to ask questions and have a variety of stories read. This is part of a reading program through Athletics with the Elementary schools. Richard Myros Inks Letter of Intent to Attend University of Tampa

Hampton senior lacrosse athlete Richard Myros officially signed his letter to attend the University of Tampa on Friday, November 10. Richard will major in nursing. Hampton Athletes Attend WPIAL Sportsmanship Summit

Three Hampton students attended the annual WPIAL Sportsmanship Summit on November 9 at the Heinz History Center & Sports Museum.  Students from over 100 WPIAL Schools were treated to speakers such as Jay Costa (PA State Senator) and Will Allen (former Pittsburgh Steelers and founder of Will Allen Foundation. Each speaker delivered their own message regarding Sportsmanship.
